Instant Pot Mac & Cheese

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Box macaroni noodles (16oz)

  • 4 cups chicken broth 

  • 2 tablespoons of butter 

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Mustard powder

  • Small dash of chili powder

  • Small dash of cumin

  • Little dried parsley

After Cooked: 

  • 1.5 c whole milk

  • large handful sharp cheddar

  • large handful mozzarella cheese

  • large handful Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Manual pressure for 5 minutes and then quick release.

  2. Added milk and cheeses while stirring.
