Crock Pot Western Beef Casserole

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes

Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef browned

  • 16 ounces canned kidney beans rinsed and drained

  • 16 ounces Canned Corn drained

  • 10.75 ounces canned tomato soup

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sharp, shredded

  • 1 whole Onion yellow, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Chili Powder

  • 1/4 cup Milk or water

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.

  2. Mix well and then cook on low for about 4 hours or high 1-2 hours.

Freezer instructions:

  1. Brown Hamburger

  2. Place all ingredients into a sturdy freezer ziploc bag.

  3. I mixed this a bit with my hands, and then laid flat, pushed as much air out as possible and froze it. I will mix it well once I place it in the crock (trying to avoid making more dirty dishes for myself).

  4. Cook in the crock with the same times as above.
