Meatball Parm Casserole

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds meatloaf mix
-
4 cloves garlic-roughly chopped, not minced
-
a handful of chopped parsley
-
1.25 cup bread crumbs (Use gluten-free if desired)
-
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (not grated)
-
3 eggs
-
salt to taste
-
Sauce of your choice (approx two 24-oz jars)

Mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS:

Mix first 7 ingredients and roll into golf ball sized balls.

Place balls on a cookie sheet equally spaced.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Pour one jar of pasta at the bottom of a baking dish. Place cooked meatballs on top of the sauce.

Pour the second jar of pasta sauce on top. Coat with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
