INGREDIENTS:

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

2 packets Minute Rice Medley Blend

1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix

1 can cream of chicken soup
-
1 can cream of celery soup
-
1 can water
DIRECTIONS:

Mix together "cream of" soups, water, and medley blend rice.

Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Lay chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle onion soup mix on top.

Cover with tin foil. Bake at 275 for 3 hours or 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

The rice on the outside edges should be slightly browned and crispy and the rice on the inside soft and moist
