Forgotten Chicken

Total Time: 3 hours 5 minutes

Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

  • 2 packets Minute Rice Medley Blend

  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 can cream of celery soup

  • 1 can water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together "cream of" soups, water, and medley blend rice.

  2. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

  3. Lay chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle onion soup mix on top.

  4. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 275 for 3 hours or 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

  5. The rice on the outside edges should be slightly browned and crispy and the rice on the inside soft and moist
